Service Exclusions and Limitations

To ensure clarity on the scope of our Tier 1 services, the following exclusions apply:

• We do not cater for small-scale spills or minor incidents
• We do not provide response services for general industrial spills outside of oil-related large spill scenarios
• We do not handle chemical spills of any size, including hazardous or unknown substances

For chemical spill incidents, regardless of scale, it is strongly recommended to immediately contact the Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) response unit from Fire and Rescue Department, which is the authorised authority equipped to manage chemical emergencies safely and in accordance with national regulations
