Fluid Sampling Kit

INTRODUCTION
FMOSK-38XV-HD – Fluid Master Oil Sampling Kit is a small, hand-operated fluid sampling kit which has brought a new level of performance to fluid sampling.

Their durability, simplicity, versatility and ease of operation give them a distinct advantage over competitive models. Originally developed for oil sampling, Fluid Master Sampling Kit has proven to be useful in a variety of applications.

Companies involved in chemical, environmental, water, and hazardous material sampling, have all found the Fluid Master Sampling
Kit to be an invaluable tool. The sampling tube is inserted through the coupling device until the lower end extends below the top of the sample bottle. When the knurled knob is turned to tighten the seal, the vacuum will draw fluid directly into the bottle without coming in contact with the pump. This feature allows multiple samples to be taken without cleaning the pump between samples.

THE PUMP
The head of the pump made of lightweight, injection-moulded nylon and the hand equipped with all aluminium parts to make great looking, durable pumps. The sampling pump uses 38mm thread size bottles and with ¼” tubing.

SAMPLING BOTTLES
Bottles in this Fluid Master Sampling Kit are size of 38mm. The bottles are designed to suit the pump and guaranteed not to collapse. This 38mm bottles are Clear PET Bottles of 120ml.

TUBING
Tubing for Fluid Master is a ¼” or 6.35mm outside diameter, with wall thickness of 0.04.
